A long-range master plan and set of design guidelines for the redevelopment of Larimer County’s fairgrounds and event campus, known as The Ranch. Our work established a cohesive framework to guide future growth—ensuring new facilities align with county objectives, infrastructure capacity, and community expectations.

Working closely with facility directors and the County Commissioners, we led stakeholder engagement and developed strategies for site organization, circulation, and architectural character. The resulting guidelines provide a clear vision for phased implementation, balancing functional needs, flexibility, and a consistent identity across the 150-acre campus.
