A boutique hotel conceived to anchor a growing university district—designed to host visitors, events, and community gatherings. We led the project’s early definition and technical coordination, developing program layouts and site planning to balance operational efficiency with a hospitality-driven guest experience.

Our work included early coordination of building systems, façade development, and entitlements, establishing the framework that guided subsequent design and construction. The design of the Events Garden further set the tone for the hotel’s character, blending functionality with a welcoming sense of place.
