A high-rise residential tower positioned at the edge of Denver’s largest lake, offering panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Informed by a strict PUD, the building form was carefully crafted to balance entitlement requirements with design potential. We worked with the client to evaluate strategies that enhanced site design and maximized long-term property value within those parameters.

The project features a series of amenity terraces, including an expansive pool deck and outdoor lounge designed to capitalize on the setting and extend living space outward. A ground-floor restaurant and walk-up townhomes activate the street edge, reinforcing the building’s connection to the neighborhood and lakefront.
