Cherry Lane

Denver, Colorado

A major mixed-use redevelopment transforming a vacant Sears department store into a new destination for retail, dining, and workplace in the heart of Denver’s prestigious Cherry Creek shopping district. The project required intricate coordination—building atop an occupied five-tier parking garage, demolishing portions of a structure containing an operational Whole Foods Market, and converting a service alley into a pedestrian plaza.

We worked closely with the owner on tenant-leasing coordination, phased logistics with Whole Foods, and an extensive entitlement process including a Large Development Framework, Design Review, and multiple variances—guiding the project through complex regulatory, operational, and design challenges to deliver one of Cherry Creek’s most ambitious infill developments.
